Chill out at Cameron Higlands

This time around, I want to write about Cameron Highlands (CH). Yes, one of the cool places in Malaysia. I went there with my hubby, my aunty which I called Uda and my cousin, Wani. Our initial planned is actually went to Lost World of Tambun and stayed one night at Perak then later on sightseeing around Perak. Since Perak don’t have much places to visit, sorry if this statement hurt perak citizens.. My hubby asked his friend and he recommended us to ‘climb’ CH. Yeay I’m very excited to go because I felt so not comfortable on the condition of our homestay till I told my hubby that this will be the last time for us to stay at homestay. Let’s don’t spoilt the mood to tell about CH.
We left homestay around 7 am in the morning and head straight to CH using Simpang Pulai road. There were not many transports on the road that morning which sometimes made us felt that there were only us going up to CH. Here, we met expertise in driving up whereby the car managed to overtake 2 cars in front at the narrow corner! Awesome driver..hahaha
We had breakfast at a place called … sorry I don’t remember which nearly arrived to CH because we afraid breakfast at Tanah Rata will cost much more expensive. I remembered I ate ‘nasi lemak’ as I was afraid I get hungry walking around to visit interesting places.
The first places we went is flower garden, I don’t remember the exact name huhu..I bought few fridge magnets at the souvenier shop. Then, we continue our journey looking for strawberry farm but quite disappointed because we need to pay first (RM 25) for group of 2 people to get in. My hubby decided to search and search for another strawberry farm where we can take pictures without pay  luckily we managed to search for bumiputera owner of strawberry farm whereby we had the opportunity to take pictures with strawberry very closely.
Along the way to search for strawberry farm, there were many shops near the narrow roads which sold souveniers, teas with much more lower prices. Not forgot to tell it was very hard to get the parking around this area. Oh my, I already bought fridge magnets earlier. It’s ok, I bought another more hehe..We bought tea for our families back home.
We went down in the afternoon because we knew that we had a long journey to go and we had to work tomorrow. Before that, we stopped by at tea centre. We took pictures and had tea together before we left. Thanks Uda for the tea treat and lunch treat at Tapah RnR. Oh yes, not forgotten we stopped at Latta Iskandar for a while.
Overall, I was very happy with our short trip to CH till I decided to write in this blog. It’s not easy for me to write this long unless I feel to do so. I’m not even replying letter yet to my teacher at Scotland because it so hard to start and type it with passion. Back to CH story, I even encouraged my hubby to come again but this time to spend a night at CH  . Last two nights, while I was ironing the clothes suddenly my hubby told me that my dream come true. I asked why and he showed me the voucher by Credit Card Bank Islam to stay at Equatorial Cameron Highlands which valid till Jun 2012. Yuhu..
